Bad service C01-133708

I took a loan with bridge loans for R1500 I failed to pay them they handed over my accounts to Allience in 2016 I haven't heard a call from Allience now they say I should pay +- R6000 i requested the statements last month I haven't received it I ask them If i can put a complain with their services they said they don't have complain department please help I am willing to pay the original loan amount I was assisted by Montie and BonisBoniswa
