Arrogant Call Centre Agents

I received an phone call for one of the call center agents. Very rude. I think you must send your people on a course to learn how to speak to people. The account of GetBucks is prescribed and they only want me to acknowledge the account as well. I will not. Close your file and send back to Get Bucks. I want proof thereof before end of business 09 May 2018 or I WILL TAKE FURHTHER STEPS. No one will or can talk to me in such way.
