paid my Vodacom charges in July 2021 and to date after numerous emails and telephone calls I still have not received my paid up letter. What inefficiency. Is this the norm in today's society to be unwilling to assist and resolve simple queries within a reasonable time frame. Must my name stay tarnished because of this.
