Alliance and GetBucks

I had an account with GetBucks, i paid my account through a company called Alliance Group.

Now i want a paid up letter, i have been struggling for more than 3 weeks just to get a paid up letter. I cannot buy anything just because of the GetBucks account that i have paid in December 2019.

I have been sending emails, calling them there is no help. Every time i call they tell me it will take 5 days to 2 weeks, it has been 2 months now. The account was settled before December 2019.

Please assist.
