Pathetic Alliance Vodacom

I'm very disappointed with the services of alliance vodacom. They debited money from my account for Vodacom. My account is paid up and I've been requesting a paid up since, up to now I didn't get it. I've been calling them and they promised to send it. Before they have been sending me annoying reminders, now that my account is settled, they are quiet and even ignoring my messages on their whatsapp platform. Their service is pathetic and it keeps on denting my credit profile at credit bureaus. I'm tired of making calls and sending whatsapp chats with no response from them.
