unprofessional management and poor infection control

alliance care sub acute hospital is the worse company you can ever work for. they employ staff that are in senior management who does not have an academic background to understand the hierarchical channels when it comes to staff. the h.r department refuses to give you a contract after you are employed by alliance care. and when you do your job and question why the nursing care is so poor and staff on duty is entry level staff nursing patients also alot of Medico legal aspects was questioned and you be told by the senior management that has no medical field qualifications that you must not question the staff about infection control or why the patient is not cared for in the appropriate way. the h.r lady does not issue contracts and when u ask for it she gets very upset and says you are troubling her and starts to be very rude and disrespectful towards you . my advice pls if you love and care for your family make the correct choice and do your investigations. the director's does like to transparent and told the names to doctors who are giving them business.... shady hey
