Alliance Aircons - No support / Warranty

Worst airconditioner i have ever purchased. 18000 but inverter model hasn't worked from day 1. The installer kept saying the room was too big after installing it knowing the size of the room. Had them move it to a room half the size, still cannot cool that room. Unit is definitely faulty and there is zero warranty or support. Contacted alliance direct. They don't respond or know where there info mail goes to so had to phone, and they said they don't deal with end users. So please avoid this brand, the warranty is non existant and you will get no service or support.
