Defective workmanship
I contracted AllHome Projects to repair a boundary wall. Despite having no construction background, it was immediately apparent they were cutting corners. They painted over wet cement, even after I advised against it. Within two months, the paint began to peel, and the “cement” they used to fill cracks started crumbling — suggesting an extremely poor-quality mix with little to no actual cement. Jaco repeatedly assured me the issues would be fixed, referencing the five-year guarantee they claimed to offer. However, he consistently failed to follow through, offering only excuses for the delays. This experience reflects severe defective workmanship.
