Administrator failure.

Worst experience! I contacted the company the evening found them on google. Received a no reply which is norm. The next morning the lady contacted me and advised the vehicle i chose in particular was not available and i should choose a different one, by which i did no problem. She asked for a copy of the drivers liscence and ID, I then advised I will be paying but one of my drivers will be using the vehicle. She then said unfortunately the person who drives the car and the cardholder should correlate. I advised no problem il transfer the funds to his account then all should be sorted. She sent me an email that stated she does not feel confortable and declined the application.

I was in the area and drove past the branch, turned around and went in, I introduced myself to the lady, and told her i am not a **** artist, i have my company documents with me to prove that I am legit and not a **** artist, I posed the question, will you be able to help me, her answer was I dont feel comfortable with you, I cant help you. I asked her for suggestions she advised me where to go and I went to a different Rental Agency which was a pleasure speaking to.

I felt this serivce was a disgrace and that the ************** against me was loud. I will never advise anyone to use this service.
