What good service from Seun Bessenger at Allen Joss Auto Pretoria North.

I saw an advert for a Daihatsu Terios 2011 model 70 000 km on the clock from Allen Joss Auto. Exactly the kind of car I wanted.

I phoned them and spoke to Seun Bessenger. Unfortunately, the car was reserved for someone else but promised he will phone me if the deal fell through.

About an hour after the call, he phoned me back and asked if I'm still interested. He quickly arranges a demo at my place of work. I was happy with the car and asked if he would send the car for a Dekra Technical inspection. I will pay for this. He also arranged to fix some small and minor dents and scratch mark and serviced the car. The repairs were done very well!

I received the vehicle on the 17th of May with the appropriate lint and Sparkling wine basket. I was so happy because it was exactly what they advertised. A good, clean, and almost spotless car with very low kilometers.

After a day I noticed that in traffic the car sometimes battles to go into 1st gear. Al the other gears is smooth except for 1st. I immediately phone Seun and told him about the situation. He quickly arranges a curtesy vehicle and took my car in to have a look no questions asked. They replaced the clutch kit and within 2 days I got my car back. The Issue was solved and to no extra cost from me.
