Very Appalling Service

Very disappointed...

I bought a brand new car with Allen joss Ford four weeks ago in pretoria East and when I picked the car I was told the plates will be dropped by me in the next week...

It's been four weeks already and I have been calling the dealership but they don't pick my calls and the sales person he always cut my calls....

I have parked the car in the garage as metro cops have been constantly stopping me and giving me warning to get the plates or I wll be given tickets and this is so frustration...

What kind of people are these who only cares for when you bring business to them but once they have what they wanted they treat you like trash...

Can someone at Ford head office deal with this issue soonest and I request to get an apologies from the sales person for treating me like an idiot...

Kindly address this issue as a matter of urgency..
