Useless customer service Ford South Africa

<p>Have trying to book my car for service since Monday however i have been told that i can't cause booking are only for next week and worse they told me that if my car reaches 46500 its warraty is no longer valid.</p> <p>Why is it that dealerships reaping people off?</p>
