Untrustly team of men!!

Booked a vehicle for a definate cash buy before 08h00. Finance aplication forms were send instead of a invoice. I phoned immediately and said again it is a cash sale, waiting for invoice. When i phoned again around 12h30 to enquire about invoice i were told they have done a deal with someone that were going the finance route, that is a better deal for them than a cash sale!!!!!
