Unprofessional + ********* = Allen Joss

I took my Ford for 100 000km service to Allen Joss. Upon collection, I was told the dealership damaged the sump olug and it needs to be replaced. I insisted on only paying for the service and not the damaged caused. The dealership refused to return my vehicle without the full amount incl their damaged caused. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional! Avoid this dealership at all cost!
