Total incompetence

've never experienced such total incompetence as with the Ford service center. I took my Ford Ecosport to Allen Joss motors Pretoria North for the first 15000 km service. I complained about the extremely high fuel consumption. They ONLY changed the oil and oil filter. They REFUSE to adjust anything on the car or to change the air filter. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. Then they wanted to change my brake pads which were apparently "worn" although they were about 12mm thick, for R4500-00 . Allen Joss and Ford motor company seems to be totally ***********.
