TERRIBLE Service at MAZDA Allen Jones Service Center

<p>My 8 months car was booked in at 7AM 20th June for 2 petrol pumps repair .</p> <p>There was no communication throughout the day until 8 hours later. 8 hours later was told that they did not get petrol pumps prices therefore i have to wait for the parts to be delivered a day later. And the will be fix the car 2 days later. </p> <p>When i got to the Allen Jones Service center, i asked to speak to the Manager when i was told that manger had already left. </p> <p>The following day they refused us to talk to the mananger about grevinence.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>- As a client i expect communication</p> <p>- As a client a expect service center to tell me if certain part part is not under warrenty, </p> <p>- And it looked like they started working on the car late in the afternoon. </p> <p>- The're service is very poor. </p> <p>- I am very dissppointed that they cannot be realiable. and i was change R700.</p>
