TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

HI bought a Mazda CX5 from Allen Joss Mazda in Zambesi Drive in 2015. I absolutely love my car and was happy up until about 8 months ago when my car started with his problems. The lights for the car key lit up and I phone them. They said I can bring it in for a checkup and said that there was no problem - according to the system. A few days later my car would not start and had to be towed to there premises. After that it happened four more times and every time I get the same answer. According to the computer they plug into my car there is nothing wrong with my car. They had me replace the battery and had be use the spare key because they said my key was faulty. Well two days ago my car did not want to start and the same lights went on as well as the airbag deploy lights. Car had to be towed again!!! I phone Wilna at Allen Joss Mazda in Zambesi and told her I was unhappy and that I want her to sell my car and give me a price on a new Mazda CX 5. Her attitude was terrible and said she can not sell my car and I have to fetch it after they "fixed"it as they can not keep my car. She also said I owed money on the car - which was not true - since we bought the car cash!!! I decided not to send the car to them to fix because they were unsuccessful the previous times. I AM FURIOUS
