Poor Customer service

I took my wife's car for repair 2nd of January 2020. I have a knocking noise. After two weeks they gave me the car back Not fixed. I took it back and the kept it there and told me they will need to replace an engine mount, but only receive parts end of February 2020. I have been phoning people since Monday, they never call back. Its been more than 2 months with no resolution. No top management is never available!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst service ever received from a Ford dealer.
