J.A.Zietsman. Ford Kuga - HJ05NNGP

Poor service. I bought a Ford Kuga 1.5 Ambiente (HJ05NNGP) in March 2018 and ever since are struggling with issues that are not addressed. Engine replacement done on +- 41000 KM. Idling of vehicle is abnormal and although complaints not being addressed. I bought the vehicle with a 4 Year 100000KM Maintenance plan (with proof) but after I took the vehicle in for this service I hit a roadblock. I was informed the vehicle only comes with a 4 Year 80000 service plan. The vehicle stood at Allen Joss for 2 days after which I went to fetch it without anything being done. This for me as a client is unacceptable.
