Horrible Custor Service by QUITON COLLIGNON (Manager Used Cars)

I called *** into Allen Joss Ford on Cnr Braam Pretorius Street and Lavender Road Annlin Pretoria. Spoke to sales manager Quiton Collignon used car manager .Ohh no, this guy was rude, shouting not even close to assist me. He was so quick to reject me without even asking relevant question. I told him am going to report this to hellopeter, his reply was you can go. I have been a customer of Ford for years, bought my cars there and never ever in million years got this attitude or behaviour. All my vehicles get services by Ford. His telephone ethics are poor and as a manager that attitude or behaviour is bad for the organisation. Zero customer service, 100 % bad & no service at all. I made the call at 12:15h on the 13/10/2022.
