Ford Service Delivery Failure

<p>I booked my Ford Fiesta for a service about two weeks ago. The vechile went in for service today and I had to fetch it this afternoon. Got a phone call from them just now saying that they do not have the relevant spares and they won't fininsh today. How pathetic is that!!!!! They knew what they had to do the moment the service was booked. I have worked scheduled for tomorrow in Witbank and NO CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Allen Joss Ford is by far the most pathetic Ford Branch that I ever come across!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
