Complain

We bought a brand new car last year november 2019 online then january it gave us a problem doing loud noise on the brakes, i took it to ford they said i have to pay 6000 for the fault they see, i did so they fixed the car then after 5days the sound started again i went back there they charged me 8 000 1st week of february till today the sound havent stopped when i call the service department i found the lady called marishka who has been helping me then she told me i should go to another ford...i havent got help there and they took the car for 4days nothing has changed it is even worse
