Communication is key to success and happy clients.

I can't say that I can rate them very highly,

Communication is key in any relationship and business relationship as such.

I took my CX3 for its 30 000km service on the 3rd of June, nothing mentioned about being unable to clean the car, Got the car back at about 1 30pm, again no communication about not being able to clean the car.

To my surprise I get in my car and noticed it was never vaccumed, OK... Well that I certainly didn't expect but what I would have expected to make it ok is being alerted about it. Nothing peeves a customer off more than non communication.

Get called to ask how the service was, just a mere "Meh our vaccum is broken since Wednesday last week and there's no parts available" OK Mazda have you ever thought of maybe getting an industrial vacuum locally to ensure there's client satisfaction? Clearly not.

I can't say I'm surprised by the attitude and shrug off of a problem, even purchasing two vehicles from them was a pain, luckily another dealer CMH came to the rescue and got 2 cars as a deal. Not just one.

I gave you the benefit of the doubt and well you certainly disappointed. You certainly won't see or touch my CX3 or CX5 and to think I was going to trade in my 2021 CX3 for another CX5 with you. LMFAO, that won't happen.

Guess some dealers care about their customers and well some just couldn't give a hoot.

Just remember Allen Joss, Communication to your clients is a key aspect of a successful business, not a stinking attitude.
