Bad service

My dog bite cables underneath my car. I took my car to Allen Joss Auto for repair . my instruction was check underneath and repair or replace all damaged cables. Hendriette was my service advise . She did not update me of the progress until i call her at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. she said she was busy and will call me back later which she didn't til the following day. What makes me angry is that when i asked her what was replace on my car, she said " I DONT KNOW, I WAS NOT THERE" I then advice her to check the Job card and I tried to explain that the statement was not appropriate. She insisted on the statement that it was a true statement and does not see it inappropriate.
