Bad service

I informed the sales person that I wanted to purchase a particular second hand vehicle. He informed me that I need to apply and he will keep the vehicle for me. After application they requested various documentation from me, which I immediately provided , I understood that I just need financing approval. I in the meantime arranged assurance policy and selling of my current vehicle. I accepted the risk that my finance application might not be approved.After not receiving any feedback( 2 days) I contacted the financing department. They informed me that my finance was approved but the vehicle was sold to someone else. I would at the very least expected one call after all the effort I and promises.
