Bad Service

<p>My car went in for Service at Allen Joss Auto, Braam Pretorius street on the 4th of August, today is the 25th of August and every day is another excuse. I need to call them and i need to follow up on their service the whole time. </p> <p>They have to replace my gearbox, which the insurance pays but now i need to pay for extra cables as well, which i believe should be part of the insurance cover as on 95000km's the Ford cables shouldn't be that much damaged?</p> <p>I am 3 weeks without a car. Last Friday they have receives the gearbox as confiemed telephonically. Yesterday they realised that they have ordered the wrong gearbox.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everyday is new excuses.</p>
