Bad attitude by Andre (Service Consultant)

Went to buy radiator cap Allen Joss Ford in Wonderboom. Then requested ANDRE (service consultant) to help with un*****ing the old cap. The guy literally refused telling me that I need to replace the box and book car bluh bluhh. And bear in mind that I service my Ford Fusion at Allen Joss. This is second time I experience a bad service from the service consultant. I had to request the guys on the street to held me and it took them less than 2 minutes. Here I am wanted to trade in my car at Allen Jones Ford, now Andre has given me an excuse not to do so with Allen Jones Ford. I will rather go to Ford Lazarus or Gezina than Ford Allen Joss.
