Bad attitude and the worst service from management

Extremely unprofessional client service no respect for time, constant blame shifting, making up excuses, not taking ownership of problems / mistakes, installation done through them are getting referred back to suppliers, lack of professional services from management, false adverti*****t, undelivered promises, treats a new customer with disrespect.
