Allen Joes Ford they gave me the worst service ever. I bought some parts from them on the 4th of March 2020, they told me they will order some and I must come back after 2 working days which is on the 9th. I came after 2 working days, they told me that the parts are not here so they will call you tomorrow, they didn't call, I called them they were dropping my calls but finally the call went through they gave me stories I asked for the time frame, "they said this week", on the 11th March I called telling them that I'm thinking of bringing the other parts that I have because they can't gave me the other one so I will come and collect my money and they said tomorrow it will be here, they called me on Friday telling me that the parts is here, I drove from Mpumalanga to wonderboom Pretoria. When I got there I find out that they give me a used part and they said they didn't check it, how come? They were trying to explain and said if I come on Tuesday I will get it. I come back on Monday, gave them their parts and I said I need my money they said that it will take 2 to 3 working days to be into my account, on the 18th I was there telling them that I need my money they told me that they will take 30%. I came with my own petrol doing ups and downs from Mpumalanga to Pretoria but still they took 30% they didn't care about their service delivery, the used part that they gave me. All I wanted was to be treated with dignity and respect that a customer deserves. They didn't regret for what they did or maybe it's because of I'm a black person.
