Rain Air Oven

I purchased a RainAir halogen oven a few years ago. The fan and protection grisl is rusted that we are unable to use the oven. After many searches I got hold of Alex ( ********** 287) that informed me that they do not supply parts and that I should rather buy a new oven as they do not have all the parts that I require. I would be happy that they send me the parts that they have. But they insist that they will not supply the parts and that I should send the oven to them. (Pretoria to Durban) I think this is ridiculous.
