No Refund on my excess

Last year May 2019 i was involved in an accident and paid excess which was promised i'd get a refund up to now i'm not getting any joy, it's been a year now, i keep calling Pretoria Branch, all i hear is not what i'm expecting to hear, this has been dragging for too long now
