3rd Claim

Hello, I'm currently experiencing bad service from my insurance, namely Allegiance Risk End may 31st I was involved in a MVA and the other car knocked my car crossing a red traffic light, the owner of the company came on the scene of accident and acknowledged that they're at fault, and she'll be sending me the claim number from her insurance namely MiWay, in short she did send me her claim number, then I proceeded with the claim number and wrote an email to Allegiance spoke to Michelle, on the email I stated that the person who knocked my car won't be claiming from their insurance, so my insurance namely Allegiance should assist me with the 3rd party claim. After two days I received a call from Allegiance to get quotes of which I did and two days later I received a call from a certain Dumi (Assessor) came to my house and assessed my car they I showed him my quote from a panelbeater from the South, he then suggested we go to Renew-it for a second opinion quite, he notified me that this they will accept as the other quote was more expensive, then he left then I got a call from Renew-it notifying me that the claim has been approved and so I can bring my car to start repairs, two weeks ago I received a call that my car is ready when I got there with excitement I was shown a bill of R7500 to pay for Excess to my surprise, my insurance namely Allegiance never been in contact with me ever since I wrote the email informing them about the 3rd party claim, now when I called them asking why did they make a claim on my insurance, the lady called Betty (Manager) She said she realised that there was a miscommunication between me and Michele her colleague, she will look into it up to now nothing has been resolved, today again she told me they are still discussing the matter, late afternoon I made another follow up, someone I've never talked with picks up the phone and had a nerve to tell me that their client is Carget and not allowed to communicate with with me, but I I mean these are the very people who *******ly claimed against my car instead of helping me to make a proper claim from MiWay as I am a 3rd party person
