Wrong branch and I'm sure if this branch was dealing with my application they would have been on point

I have been dealing with Allegiance property JHB thinking that they were the ones dealing with my application, it was brought to my attention that they have 2 branches. They have been really great in responding to my complaint and by the way they have been handling it I see that my application would have been completed by now,and I just want to thank them for the information provided to contact regarding my complaint
