Disrespectful and unprofessional team (allegiance properties)

Never in my life have I seen such lack of professionalism. We called an agent called the real estate machine aka Nelson so we could view a property that we were really keen on purchasing... Agreed on a date and time after which things just went south (pun not intended) We asked if it was a tenant or owner living in the property & he started being rude telling me off then blocked my number. Called on the day with my husband's number, he said he'd call right back, Got to the property waited a whole hour trying to get a hold of him.. He had blocked us again. For what though??We still don't understand! Tried reaching out to management but it seems no one cared enough to assist. Would not recommend anyone to deal with this company. Wasted time and resources on top of being disrespected for absolutely no reason. After reading previous reviews one wonders why this Nelson is allowed to get away with a lot.
