We paid a deposit to secure a place in August. We were told the whole month that the place was going to be fixed. We paid the utilities and admin fee aswell. When we moved in The weekend of August month end nothing was fixed all that was done was painting the electric Fence was not working the garage door were not working toilet and bath leaking main electricity board a mess and so on they had a unprofessional "electrician" there ...many issues. we literally stayed there for 3 days Saturday Sunday and Monday Tuesday we moved out again and was pressured by allegiance to get the keys to them immediately hardly giving us a chance to get out we only finished midnight..We feel we deserve to get our deposit back as nothing was done e never used utilities and whether it was a breach of contract or not and they charged us a pro rata fee for the 3 days ontop of that and took that off the rent money that was paid for the month of September so we lost a massive lump sum for absolutely nothing we should have got all our money back. This is the most horrible disgusting experience and will never ever go through this agency again. No body has money to throw away in times as such.
