The account is overdue by 180days. They never revert to written inquiries about payment. She is at death's door and the doctor now refuses to treat her unless she pays cash. With what money? She's a pensioner. Her monthly contribution alone for her medical aid is in excess of R4200; yet they cannot settle her bills?</p>
