Disgusting customer service

I have an Allbro UT7-S enclosure. The slider lid got damaged. I phoned Allbro and was told that I need to buy a whole new box. The fact that they do not sell spare lids is shocking customer service. In replying to one of the google reviews, Allbro claim "Our sales team is dedicated to ensuring that our clients get the best service". Nothing could be further from the truth !!!!! Allbro responded to my google review inviting me to email them. 2 weeks ago, I sent an email to ***, and to date have received no reply. The customer service is even more shocking that I thought !!!
