Allan Phillips Property dont care about tenants

I have been using Allan Phillips properties consultants now for over a year. Everytime I report a fault to the rental property (that I am renting) they don't respond. My latest premises is leaking in every room when it rains. The gate motor is not working for weeks now, which causes me to have serious security issues. There is a ditch in the garden by the car park which causes damage to any vehicles in the parking bays. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE AND LACK OF CARE TO TENANTS. THEY REALLY DONT CARE
