Swap to Allan Gray
My wife and I had our investments with another FSP for many years and have been disgruntled customers for most of that time. We thought that was just the norm for all FSP’s. In February 2018 my wife moved her investment to Allan Gray. I was so impressed with the level of service she received I decided to move my Living Annuity and RA’s as well. The service we received has been excellent throughout, the staff we have dealt with have been professional and efficient.
Allan Gray secure online account is very user friendly, I made an RA payment and switched some units and both transactions went smoothly. The Webinar on retirement was most appreciated.
