Short paid by R3200 this month in 2022 they ****** me R34000 and refuses to refund my money

I got a quote from Maurits Pienaar from Allan Gray in September for monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annual income for 12 months till October 2024. I received my money for monthly from October 2023 till February 2024. This month I was paid late at 8 o clock and my short paid by R3200. I queried this and spoke to David and he said Maurits was supposed to put a disclaimer that my salary will be R30944 for only 5 months but told him I requested a quote for 12 months and the calculation is correct. So he said there's no where on the email it's written for 12 months and I asked him where it is written for 5 months and he couldn't show me. He said they are taking more money now for tax because last year my tax was low and advised him I was taxed accordingly and he agreed and asked his team leader to phone me back by the name of Nicole Akim. When speaking to Nicole she said my investment has 3 accounts but I was only knew about 2 accounts and it seems money is being laundered through this account in order to conceal our real balance. When asking Nicole about the refund she advised Maurits made a mistake and when we done the calculations there was no mistake but still refused to refund my R3200. I asked to speak to someone who could authoise and she advised she will go into the office in order to get assistance. I asked how much is remaining for the next 6 months and I was told it is R200 k and I asked what the tax amount would be and was told it will be only R7000, I asked her to process the payment of R193k but she refused. When asking for someone senior I was told Vuyo Makhubelo who is the manager refused to assist and Gabriel but was never given the opportunity to speak to them. So if this is being done to me while I am alive what will happen to the beneficiary of my investment when I am no more here to speak for myself. I currently have a complaint against Allan Gray where they also ****** me an amount of R34000 and still awaiting a ruling from the ombudsman from last year. I joined Allan Gray because of its good reputation and also recruited my brother to join when going on pension but today I am regretting my decision because the discrepancies done on my account are unjustifiable and blame is shifted to Maurits. If the information provided on email is not a true reflection then how do we know that the money we invested is still available.
