Service with a Genuine Smile
Adulting is hard. I tend to get a bit flustered when resolving financial matters. But I just had the wonderful pleasure of being assisted by Sbashle Ntuli who patiently, happily and gently walked me through every step, never once making me feel inadequate. Thank you Sbashle for being a shining example of what it is to be in customer care. I could hear your smile through the phone and it put my mind at ease. Thank you.
