Reliability and Trust refererence ***
I make contact for an additional contribution and there was an omission to send me an email that the instruction is being cancelled and the new one activated. I had to phone the institution and the person that assist is on sick leave and the supervisor was also unavailable. Reliability and trust should be key when dealing with financial matters. Thanks for Dieketseng with her polite assistance not sure why Zimkhitha failed to issue notification.
