Refusing my legal instruction to move my Retirement Annuity

For months Easy Equities have tried to move my Retirement Annuity to themselves but AG refuses after I have given legal instruction for them to do so. They have various complaints the most recent being that my signature does not match what they have on file. I do not care what anyone's subjective opinion is on how my signature looks or any discretionary interpretation. It is a legal instruction and you have to abide. I am not going to a Commissioner of Oaths nor do anything else. I live in Mozambique and I have provided enough for you to proceed. Ref: 5-***
