Policy at Allen Grey
My brother died a year ago in a car accident, he was looking after my mother and was engage for 8 months. His Fiance did not stayed with him. He had policies that was made out to my mother and Liberty paid out theirs. Now Allen Gray refuse to pay out because they said the money must go to the fiance because they would have get married in 3 months time and then he would have to take care of her. This Policy of Allen Gray was also made out to my mom. Now they want to tell us that it is legal by law for them to pay it out to the fiance. There are no way that I can think that this can be legal at all.
