Pathetic Service!!!
I have been emailing Allan Gray regarding withdrawing my retirement annuity but to date I have received NO FEEDBACK, my financial adviser Angela Coutts who I emailed on the 24.12.2021 have still not responded to my email or attempted to respond to my email. I want to know why it is so hard to get my money when MANY South Africans have been affected by COVID - 19 and lost their source of income. On top of it we are being ****** by institutions like this and the GOVERNMENT! HOW IN HEAVENS NAME DO YOU RELEASE A MEDIA STATEMENT STATING THAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO WITHDRAW FROM THE FUND IF YOU HAVE BEEN RETRENCHED OR FIRED DURING THE PANDEMIC BUT STILL REFUSE TO ASSIST STRUGGLING SOUTH AFRICANS... HOW DOES PRESERVING PEOPLES FUNDS UNTIL THEY ARE 55 HELP THEM IF THEY WILL PERISH BECAUSE OF THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES NOW!!! DO YOU PEOPLE HAVE NO COMPASSION! HOW DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SHOULD SHOULD SURVIVE WITH MINOR CHILDREN WITH NO SOURCE OF INCOME!!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE COME BACK ME!!! AGRA330626
