Not paying beneficiaries on a policy.
We stepmom passed away last year and left 40% of her money to my dad as per the beneficiary list given to Allan Gary. They didn’t pay the money to my dad. Please be careful with investing money with them. We have to take them to court at a huge cost to obtain these funds as they have already paid this to the other beneficiary. No help or assistance from them regarding this.
