No warning about forex provider minimums
I wished to do an additional contribution of R42 000 to my Allan Gray offs**** platform account, and I elected as part of the online application process to use Incompass as a forex provider, since they are associated with Allan Gray.

After submitting my instruction, which was accepted by Allan Gray's system, and out of an abundance of caution, before I transferred the money to my Incompass cash account (as I have done previously), I called InCompass, and was informed that their limits were R100 000, and that \another division"did R50 000 or more forex trades.

Allan Gray's call centre said that Incompass was entitled to set its own rules and that I should deal with my bank if Incompass didn't want to assist me with forex. Allan Gray's stand-offish attitude regarding Incompass was interesting considering that they have NO warnings about the incompass minimums"
