No one knows!!!

I entered into a living annuity 5 years ago if I'm correct at the time the minimum threshold was 100 000 to withdraw and 75 000 if u had taken a cash lumpsum .The regulations have since changed and I wanna know since I never seem to get an adequate answer does the law then apply in retrospect in this scenario because when I entered into a contract with Allan gray the threshold was 100 000 so why should the law affect me in this case bcs it has since changed.my investment is at 90k plus I'd like to withdraw ,I fully comprehend that the law has since changed however I don't understand how the change in law should affect me since I entered before the time.
