Late Payment of February 2025 Annuity Payments - Is Allan Gray in Financial difficulty????

Allan Gray's mandate is to pay pension annuities into their clients accounts by at least the 25th of each month......I did not receive my annuity payment for feb 2025 on time... I've contacted AG twice about the anomaly, and twice I've received some drivel from the consultants (Luba Ludidi | Investment Service Consultant and Bismarck Olivier | Investment Service Consultant)... it' now 18:58 on 25 Feb.... I just check my bank account.... No annuity payment from Allan Gray had been received.... The Allen Gray delayed payment is causing me financial stress and puts me in a dire and embarrassing financial situation...I have debit orders going off on the 25th day of the month... without my annuity payment, those debit orders cannot be honoured... This is not on Allan Gray!!!!!! Is Allan Gray in Financial difficulty???? should I move my investment to another Investment Institution????
