GIVE ME MY MONEY - **** PANTS ON FIRE

From August I have been trying to withdraw my RA due to retrenchment On their Website it clearly says you can withdraw the RA if you are retrenched THIS IS MY MONEY - Iasked them to make the policy paid up nothing has happened I have sent the forms three times and nothing happens - I got a email to say you can withdraw the money due to retrenchment and then there are three other reason as to why you cant must have left at least 6 messages for CHERLY SWARTS she never responds Today I asked her one question CAN YOU DRAW YOUR MONEY DUE TO RETRENCHMENT? She could not answer she is going get someone to call me back her same old line You ask the call centre who is the head of claims They have to find out Serious who are you hiding and what My RA is declining minute to minute I want my money paid I have a right its my money Don't believe this companies WEBSITE its a LIE

I hope that our telephonic conversation has provided you with clarity regarding withdrawals that are permitted prior to retirement from a retirement annuity fund. 
 
The Allan Gray Retirement Annuity Fund is governed by the Pensions Fund Act which does not allow for pre-retirement withdrawals due to retrenchment. 
 
Once again, we apologise for the shortcomings in our service and any miscommunication regarding the above-mentioned legislation.  
 
We will address the breakdown in our servicing protocol with the parties concerned.
